We
have now developed a course offering qualified practitioners the opportunity
to advance themselves further by introducing a diploma in Trigger
Point Massage - Theory & Clinical Application. This course
introduces the practitioner to the theory and practice of Trigger Point
Massage techniques which develops on from fundamental diploma courses
in massage and/or sports injuries.
The
course is intended to give the practitioner a wider understanding in the
therapeutic treatment of patients as well as adding to the arsenal of
tools which are available to address "painful
and tight knots" which are a common source of pain.

to use different methods to treat - heat, ice. cold sprays and stretch
- Resolve
persistent muscle tension, tightness and pain

specific homecare advice to prevent reoccurrence
