		Soft Tissue Release & MET Course FHT Accredited Certificate Course

		A fantastic course combining two great techniques: Soft Tissue Release Technique and Muscle Energy Technique in one course. Both techniques enable the therapist to relax and release persistent tissue tension in clients without the need for using too much pressure or effort.
	This will improve your repetoire of techniques and can be done over clothing thus enabling the practitioner to add them to a On Site or Chaie Massage routine. The course is intended to give the practitioner a wider understanding in the herapeutic treatment of patients as well as adding to the arsenal of tools
	which are available for "SAVING HANDS" during a massage session.

Major muscles revisited & made easy Theory & application of Soft Tissue Release Technique (STR) - effective directly on the skin or over light clothing Theory & application of Muscle Energy Technique (MET) - get your client to use various types of muscle and see changes in muscle length and flexibility in an instance.
