This
workshop will teach you the basics of giving a highly effective no oils
massage through client's clothes. This specially designed 15-20 minute
Chair Massage can be performed on an ergonomically designed chair or table
mounted unit. These massage techniques ease tension and encourage circulation
in key muscle groups while encouraging the entire system to become more
alert. This treatment is particularly useful for treating clients in their
working environment.

Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) is the oldest
Professional Beauty, Sports and Complementary therapy organisation in
