Carey Mann
Emotional Freedom Technique, AAMET, Holistic Massage |
|
Carey formerly worked
in television, as a production manager before stumbling across Emotional
Freedom Technique (EFT) during a holiday in Thailand.
She was so inspired by what she saw and learned that she decided to pursue
intensive training (AAMET level 1, 2 & 3) under the guidance of EFT
Master, Karl Dawson.
She became more and more interested in the mind and body connection, and
soon realised that it was just as important to treat the outside of the
body, as it was to heal the inside of the body and that in fact the two
must work together.
This
realisation lead her to a gain a diploma in Holistic Massage and the intention
of combining EFT and Body Therapy together.
In
the past she has assisted Karl Dawson at his trainings in EFT.
Now
a talented AAMET trainer and therapist in her own right, Carey has run
many successful courses and workshops in EFT helping individuals to integrate
this technique with body therapy and helping release emotional body patterns. |
